For Black Friday, instead of sending messages to their entire list, they targeted their most engaged customers first and rolled out messages in phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI remember thinking for Black Friday that we were just going to send a blast text message to everyone,\u201d Laura said. \u201cBut with the support of Cam, we actually targeted our highly engaged audience first\u2026and it paid off.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They saw the results immediately. Campaign ROI reached an astounding 2,000%, with traffic to their Shopify site spiking the moment messages went out. Thousands of people were flocking to the website \u2014 something they had never seen with email marketing alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support every step of the way<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After seeing the boost in Black Friday sales, Clothing The Gaps and Sinch MessageMedia quickly developed a broader communications strategy and trusted partnership.
