Seven Levels of Inculcation

May 7, 2001

Q. What are the seven levels of inculcation of the Michael teaching (and of the process of learning in general), and the Positive and Negative Poles therein?

A. At the first, of course, there is the Perception of Validity, the Positive of which is Revelation, the Negative of which is Perception. Second is the Personalization of the Recognition, the Positive of which is Ownership, the Negative of which is Identification. At the third is Manifestation, the negative of which is Endorsement, the Positive of which is Extrapolation. At the fourth level is the Combination of Internal and External Experiences, the Negative of which is Mitigation, the Positive of which is Pardon.[1] At the fifth level, there is Amplessitivity,[2] the Positive of which is Amelioration, the Negative of which is Philosophical Indulgence. At the sixth level is "The Wider View",[3] the negative of which is Esoterica, the Positive of which is Accessibility. And at the seventh level, of course, is Self-Encompassment. The Positive is Viability, the Negative is Entrenchment.

1. Self-Pardon
2. Michaelese for Embracing -- from amplesso, presumably
3. Something in Taoism -- recognition of all lives
